If you are unable to attend the meeting after submitting an RSVP and not canceling prior to five (5) days before the meeting, you are still responsible for a $15.00 charge to cover the food cost incurred since the food order must be placed before the meeting takes place. Please understand that the PET Board understands that sometimes our busy schedules dictate us to be somewhere else, but we must cover cost to continue holding our meetings.
